Settings → AI → AI Usage

AI Usage is the workspace-wide token accounting view. It summarizes model calls by period, agent type, user, agent, model, and provider, and lists the input, output, and total token counts for each invocation.

Use Period, Agent Type, User, and Search to narrow both the summary cards/charts and the table. Search matches agent, model, and provider. The hourly/daily control changes the token-consumption chart granularity.

This view is separate from AI Audit: AI Usage is the source for token budgets and consumption reporting, while AI Audit records execution causality, model/tool activity, outcomes, and optionally captured content.

Permissions

  • The AI settings page requires app.ai.read.
  • The workspace-wide AI Usage tab additionally requires app.logs.read.

Every user can see only their own usage without those workspace permissions under Account → My AI Usage.
